Some larger items like balloons will only be available for pick up from our Christchurch studio. The majority of our products are able to be shipped nationwide. 

Please note that all items are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks to dispatch your order. If your order is urgent, please contact us prior to placing order so we can prioritise where possible. 

Once your item has been shipped, your order will reach you within 1-5 working day depending on your location and whether there's any delays with the courier. We cannot take responsibility for delivery delays due to causes beyond our control. We’ll do our best to deliver your order on the preferred date.
